Information You Provide Us Directly
We may ask you to provide information when you interact with the Services, including information you may input to create memes using the Services. We may also collect information from you when you otherwise communicate with us.
Information We Collect Automatically
We and third-party business partners (such as analytics, advertising companies, and similar third parties) may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect certain information whenever you visit any Site or otherwise interact with us or our content ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include the hardware model, browser, and operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to the Site you are visiting, all of the areas within the Services that you visit, your time zone, and mobile network (if applicable), among other information. In addition, we automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for any computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access our Services. In some cases, we may directly collect location information through your device. You may be able to turn off the collection of location information through the settings on your device. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, but if Get Together associates it with you as a specific and identifiable person, Get Together treats it as Personal Information.

- Web Tags. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as "1x1 GIFs" or "clear GIFs"), may be included in our web pages and e-mail messages. Web tags or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Services, to monitor how users navigate the Services, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular videos or links were actually viewed.
- Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our server or a third-party service provider or business partner, is active only while you are connected to a website, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
In addition, we may use these and a variety of other technologies that collect Usage Information and similar information for security and fraud detection purposes and to enforce our intellectual property rights.
User Content Submissions
The Services permits you to submit or post certain of your own content ("User Content") through interactive or other features, such as when creating a meme ("Submission Features"). Your submission of User Content is subject to the Terms of Service for the Services, which give us the right to use your User Content, online or offline, as described in more detail in the Terms of Service (including, without limitation, on the Services or any other format currently existing or later developed).
Note that anything you choose to submit or post may be public. Others may access it, use it, and share it. We are not responsible for how others use User Content you submit or post. If you share the memes you create, personal information, such as your name, email or user name may be publicly displayed with your User Content when you share it using the share features in the Services..
Social Media Features
We may facilitate interactions with social media platforms, like Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook. You may also have the opportunity to log in through or otherwise connect your social media account. When you interact with social media through the Services, we will receive information about you from the social media service and you will be choosing to share information about your interactions with us with that social media service.
If you choose to post information to a third party platform, that information may be public.
Information Third Parties Provide About You
Get Together may receive information about you from third parties, including business partners. For example, if you are on another website and you agree to receive information from Get Together, that site will forward your information to us so that we may contact you. We use this information to better provide you with information and products, to tailor our content and the offers we show you, and for other business purposes. The information collected and stored by the third party is subject solely to the third party's privacy practices.
OUR USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SERVICES
Get Together may use information collected through the Services, including Usage Information and personal information, to:

When Get Together collects information through the Services, it may be accessible to Get Together affiliates. The information will be used for business, operational and marketing purposes.
When You Direct That We Share Your Information
We may share information when you direct us to do so. For example, you may engage with a social media service or other third party application or feature, through which information about you is shared. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. If you later decide that you no longer want to receive communications from a third party, you will need to contact that third party directly.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions
We may offer sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions (any of which, a "Promotion") that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the provisions, conditions, or official rules that govern the Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you (including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness, or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing materials). Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf

In the event Get Together goes through a transition, Get Together reserves the right to disclose and transfer all information related to the Services (including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process): (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Services or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, bankruptcy, the sale of certain of Get Together's ownership interests, assets, or both, or other company change. By providing your information, you understand and agree that we may transfer such information to the acquiring entity without your further consent.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS COMPANIES AND SIMILAR THIRD PARTIES
Except where specifically prohibited by law, Get Together works with third party business partners (such as network advertisers, ad agencies, analytics providers, and other advertising partners) to serve Memix ads online, to serve third party ads on the Services to provide us with information regarding the use of the Services and the effectiveness of our advertisements. These third parties may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including cookies and web beacons), and they may otherwise collect or have access to Usage Information and other information about you, some of which may be personal information under various state laws. Some of these parties may collect personal information over time when you visit the Services or other online websites and services. We may use information, typically information that has been hashed or otherwise de-identified (including hashed email addresses) and Usage Information, to make inferences about you and provide offers and content you may be interested in and serve you more relevant advertising, and share it with third party advertising companies, analytics providers and other third parties for the purpose of serving you more relevant ads on and off the Services.
We may use a variety of companies to serve our advertisements. Get Together offers you the following choices with regard to the information collected through the Services:
Marketing Emails. You may opt out of receiving marketing e-mails by following the opt-out instructions provided to you in those e-mails. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your account or use of the Services or our services, such as administrative and services announcements. These transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt out from marketing e-mails
Text Messages. If you sign up to receive text messages from Get Together, you may unsubscribe from any messages received by replying "STOP".
Get Together has implemented and uses commercially reasonable security measures designed to help prevent the loss and unauthorized access of your information. Despite these efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or to be 100% absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or our online services. You use the Memix Services and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk.
CONSENT TO TRANSFER
Get Together is a company located in the United States. Like most websites and businesses, our Services may be accessed by an international audience. By visiting our Services, and/or providing us with any data, you specifically consent to our collection, processing, use, and storage of your personal information as discussed herein, outside your resident jurisdiction, including in countries where data protection standards may differ from those in the country where you reside. Our third party service providers may also be located outside of your jurisdiction. Get Together does not currently sell your covered information as those terms are defined under applicable Nevada law. However, you may submit an opt-out request and we will honor that request as required by Nevada law if Get Together engages in such a sale in the future. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to opt-out of the sale of your covered information, please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request must include your full name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Please contact us from the email address you have used to interact with us, or else provide us with that email address in your Nevada Opt-Out request email. We may contact you via such email address as needed regarding this request. You may also be required to take reasonable steps as we determine from time to time in order to verify your identity and/or the authenticity of the request.
